The AIIA was one of the organisations that supported an event held at Parliament House to commemorate the International Day of Peace. Hosted by Ms Melissa Parke MP, the event focused on the development of the Global Peace Index with a presentation by Steve Killelea AM on the topic: Peace and Human Potential: What We Can Learn from Measuring Peace with responses by Professor Don Aitkin AO, Chairman, National Capital Authority and Dr Hugh Craft, Chair of the Commonwealth Roundtable.
