On 24 October, former US Ambassador to Australia Jeffrey Bleich delivered the 7th Sir James Plimsoll Lecture at the University of Tasmania, Hobart. The lecture is an annual event presented by the Australian Institute of International Affairs with the support of the University of Tasmania and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
