On November 7 2014, AIIA Tasmania hosted its inaugural Government House Lecture and Reception with keynote speaker the Hon Gareth Evans AC QC FASSA FAIIA. In his speech, Evans touched on critical issues in international politics, including ‘good international citizenship’ and the ‘Responsibility to Protect’ (full transcript available below).
