On Tuesday 16 June, Jeremy Hearder’s long-awaited biography of Sir James Plimsoll was launched by Professor Robert O’Neill AO at Glover Cottages. We hosted a near-capacity crowd, including many former officers of DFAT and those from other Commonwealth departments.
