The Australian Institute of International Affairs congratulates AIIA Fellows Emeritus Professor Peter Drysdale and Ms Jenny McGregor on their recent Australia Day honours.

Emeritus Professor Peter Drysdale received the Officer of the Order of Australia honour in recognition of his distinguished service to Australia-Asia trade and economic relations, particularly with Japan, to public policy development, to education, and as a mentor of young economists.

Ms Jenny McGregor received the Member of the Order of Australia honour  in recognition of her significant service to Australia-Asia relations, particularly through educational, cultural, business and health programs and networks.

The AIIA recognises a limited number of Fellows each year to honour those who have achieved distinction in and contributed to Australia’s international affairs.
