The AIIA’s National Executive Director, Melissa Conley Tyler, spoke at a G20 Conference at Soka University in Tokyo this week. Melissa traveled as a guest of the Griffith Asia Institute speaking on think tanks’ contribution to G20 diplomacy.

Global policy experts were invited to address world trends in advance of Japan’s hosting of the G20 in 2019. The focus of this conference was on developing policy recommendations for G20 leaders to tackle growing uncertainty and sustainability challenges.
