Taru Leppanen, an AIIA National Office intern, interviews Prof Greg Austin on the diplomacy pursued by China to secure its information society ambitions since 1983.
Greg Austin is a Professorial Fellow at the EastWest Institute in New York and Visiting Professor in the Australian Cyber Security Centre at the University of New South Wales (Canberra). Since 2000, he has worked in Europe in other leading NGOs or think tanks, such as the International Crisis Group and the Foreign Policy Centre (London).
