Sophie Loy-Wilson is a Lecturer in History at the University of Sydney and specialises in the social and cultural history of Australia’s engagement with China. She has published on the overseas Chinese diaspora, labour rights and the history of Chinese indentured labour schemes in the Asia Pacific region.
