Dr Pak K. Lee is a senior lecturer in Chinese politics and international relations at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.

Along with Dr Lai-Ha Chan, he has written an article for the Australian Journal of International Affairs, entitled “China’s and India’s perspectives on military intervention: why Africa but not Syria?”.
