Luisa Cools completed her Master of International Development at RMIT in Melbourne and is a former AIIA Queensland intern. She is a recipient of the AIIA’s revered Euan Crone Asian Awareness Scholarship in 2015, which she used to order to undertake field research in South Korea in the area of regional official development assistance.
