Jacqueline Menager

Jacqueline Menager is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Political and Social Change, Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs. She has spent the last few years living and working in Myanmar. Her research interests include shifting elite values, young people in Yangon, and the role of rumours in recent communal violence. Jacqueline also worked for the Australian Embassy in Myanmar covering human rights reporting and political developments.
Jacqueline recently spoke at the AIIA ACT event, “Myanmar’s Political Transition”.
