The recent blog post, ‘She’ll Be Right: the Australian Temperament and International Affairs?’, by AIIA National Director Melissa Conley Tyler illustrates how Australia views current issues in international affairs. Australia has a tendency to avoid precipitate action, focus on diplomacy and not get too hysterical about current issues. Whether Iran’s nuclear program or rising tensions between China and the US,  Australia’s views are in tune with its national stereotype of “she’ll be right”.
